We have texted your Pool Closing date and estimated cost. We have emailed a secure link for you to provide a credit card, which will be charged when the service is complete. (Call the office at (781) 383-3300 if you did not receive an email). Additional charges may apply if extra supplies or labor is required.
Healthy Pool Tip: To properly maintain your pool for a great spring opening, we encourage all our customers to:
- Test and balance their water before closing. You can bring a water sample to our store for a free test. Following our instructions will prevent “the green monster” in the spring!
- Keep the pool running until you lower the water (even if you’re not using it). A clean pool at closing leads to a cleaner pool at the opening, and that means lower start-up costs!
Follow this closing checklist so you are ready for us to close your pool. If your cover and equipment are in your home call (781) 383-3300 in advance to coordinate.
If your water level is too high, there will be an additional charge of $125 for us to lower the water to the appropriate level.
