When a client or employee joins our team, they become part of the South Shore Pool Supply family. We strive to create a culture where our team members are safe and feel that we have their backs year after year! As part of our commitment to a zero-harm workplace, all new employees must pass a drug test before any hiring offers will be made.
Also, we offer full and paid training to new employees, as well as ongoing training throughout the season to make sure that your summer runs smoothly, and clients receive the excellent service that they need for a “hassle free” summer.
